In Zhytomyr region during a fire killed 67-year-old man
8 January at 16:00 in Service of rescue "101" received a report of a fire in the trees’wooden residential building located on a street in Korosten. To the scene were immediately sent to guard rescuers of the 8th State fire and rescue unit. It was found that the fire is in the living room, on the bed. Also in the house there was a significant smoke. During the exploration inside the home link of gas and smoke protective service was found an unconscious man who was lying on the bed without signs of life. Forces of rescuers not allowed further spread of fire over the entire area of the house. The fire was localized at 16:22, elimination occurred at 16:30. The fire destroyed bed and some homemade things. Just to eliminate the accident involved 4 personnel firefighters and 1 unit of special fire and rescue equipment. The probable cause of the fire was Smoking in bed. Now law enforcement bodies establish the final cause of the fire.
