that was the sentence for 42-year-old Lucania. The man was found guilty of premeditated murder of his friend. The bloody incident happened in August of 2015. Law enforcement received a report of 85-year-old pensioner. A woman reported that her apartment block found a dead body. On a scene I left it is investigative-task force. In relation to men, the investigators opened criminal proceedings as regards 1 article 115 (Deliberate murder) Criminal code of Ukraine. Lutsk gorrayonny court found the defendant guilty of a crime incriminated to it and has appointed punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 9 years.
