For the cultivation of hemp volynjany to serve the sentence
In October 2015 field investigators of sector of criminal investigation Department in Ratno village, Volyn region on the farm of a local resident found hidden from prying eyes the site where the owner looked after "crop". Police seized 15 bushes of hemp. According to the man, he grew up a narcotic plant for their own consumption. In his house, the attacker carefully dried the vegetable patch potion, using a metal sieve Grebnev. Thus, the illegally produced drug is cannabis. The total weight of the withdrawn drug in terms of the dried substance is 327,42 gr. All withdrawn is directed on research in Volyn scientific-research expert-criminalistic center of the Ministry of interior. Against the malefactor brought criminal case on signs of the crimes provided by part 1 of article 309 (Illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or transfer of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs without sales objective) and part 1 of article 310 (Illegal sowing and cultivation of cannabis) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. During the trial the defendant fully admitted his guilt in committing criminal offences, sincerely repented and made an agreement on recognition of guilt. Ratnovsky district court of Volyn region found the defendant guilty of a crime incriminated to it and has appointed punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for a term of 1 year and 6 months. Final decision of the court was to exempt the defendant from punishment if it is within a two-year probation period does not commit a new crime and will execute its responsibilities.
