38-the summer inhabitant of one of villages Khmelnitsky region is suspected in the theft of 12 meters of the railroad tracks on the stretch between the station Ninotsminda and the city of Khmelnytsky. A few days before committing the crime the man retired from the railroad, where for some time he worked. So men came to the stretch between the Village and the city of Khmelnytsky, where he cut to pieces and loaded in the car about 12 meters of the railroad tracks. Railway employees discovered the theft almost immediately and turned to Khmelnytsky police station. Law enforcement officers were on the suspect in "hot pursuit" — the prints of automobile tires led from the crime scene right to his house. To sell the kidnapped man did not have time.
