In Khmelnytsky oblast on the Eve of 60-year-old woman stabbed her partner with her
Now the suspect is in custody. To it threatens from 7 till 15 years of imprisonment. The event occurred in one of villages of the Iziaslav district, January 6, on Christmas Eve. The suspect, along with his 50-year-old roommate dined. During a feast between them there was a conflict. According detained, the man tried to drink again, and she denied it. When he started threatening the woman grabbed the knife from the table and struck the victim in the stomach. From the received traumas the man died on the spot. The son of the suspect reported what happened to Iziaslav the police station. The woman confessed to the crime, she was detained on the spot. The murder weapon was seized and sent for examination. According to part 1 St. 115 "murder" of the Criminal code of Ukraine the suspect threatens from 7 till 15 years of imprisonment.
