At the Vinnytsia regional Museum of local lore on 5 January was held the tenth festival of Christmas dishes "Podolsky Eve-2016. Rich kutya". The event was attended by the leaders of the region, the Museum staff, the ATO soldiers, settlers from the East of Ukraine , teachers and students of Donetsk national University, representatives of mass media and public organizations. Also on the "rich Christmas pudding" were invited children deprived of parental care Christmas is a special holiday and very warm. It warms the soul with memories of childhood, glad the long-awaited meeting with the family, returns from oblivion images of the past... And not a single person would remain away from this incredible miracle - the mystery of Christmas. For the past ten years have formed a remarkable phenomenon in the cultural and artistic life of the region - the festival of Christmas dishes "Podolsky Christmas Eve. Rich kutya". Every year the Museum warmly invites colleagues and friends, relatives, again and again to play Christmas traditions in the Museum house. Members and guests bring with them the customs of celebrating Christmas with their families, tell about the peculiarities of holidays of national minorities skirts, will present special dishes, sharing treasured memories of the past. Happened all the action in one of the largest exhibition halls of the Museum. On the walls were exhibited ancient icons Podolsk. All along the hall were placed the tables, covered with embroidered tablecloths. Embroidery on them – a characteristic Podolsk region. According to the organizers, this festival was established to revive the ancient tradition of Podolsk. Guests of the celebration congratulated the melodious carols, the group "Mokosha" Vinnitsa College of culture and arts. M. D. Leontovich, folklore-ethnographic ensemble "Bereginya" Oratovski district Museum, carolers from Principal and Teplice districts, members of the Vinnitsa public organization "Confederation of poles Podolye XXI century" and others.
