Vinnicchina ready for the elimination of possible accidents at electric power facilities,including electrical networks and in the field of water,gas and heat supply
according to the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, with the purpose of efficient organization and prompt response to disaster and emergencies in adverse weather conditions of the winter period in the region developed and refined the Plan of action of governing bodies and forces of Vinnytsia regional territorial subsystem of DS CH of Ukraine in case of threat or emergence of emergency situations and activities that provide for the procedure of interaction with the specialized services of civil protection of the region, the order of communication and warning in case of threat or occurrence of emergency situation. In the Vinnytsia region, the head of Vinnytsia regional state administration defined operational headquarters and at 100% complete implementation of the main organizational and technical measures on preparation of enterprises of housing and communal services, fuel and energy complex and social facilities of the region to work in the winter of 2016 and its stable passing. The purpose of readiness of emergency crews to the elimination of possible accidents at electric power facilities, including electrical networks and in the field of water, gas and heat supply in adverse weather conditions of the winter period in 2016 the region is developed, agreed and signed 12 joint orders between the regional agencies and organizations on information exchange, objective and reliable information with the threat and occurrence of emergency situations of technogenic and natural character in the region, including at the deteriorating weather conditions in the winter period of 2016. Only on duty around the clock in Vinnytsia region for response to disaster and emergencies in adverse weather conditions of the winter period of 2016 is 1429 2639 workers and pieces of equipment.
