In the Lviv region during the night robbed two churches
Skole To the police station on 5 January asked the sacristan one of the churches located on the territory of the district. He said that during the night someone had damaged the front door of the Church, broke in and committed a theft there. According to the Complainant, took the unknown gospel, published approximately in late 1890's-early 1900-ies, and almost 300 hryvnias which were sacrificial. The same night thieves visited another village Church. Cracking the front door, they stole from the temple metal bowl for worship, the gospel and two wooden icon of the Mother of God, written in the nineteenth century. Now militiamen will see off quickly-investigative actions directed on establishment of persons, involved in the offense. Opened criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 185 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (theft), the Sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a period from three to six years.
