Light friendly atmosphere of Christmas has filled our city. Today in Lutsk city Council started with new year and Christmas greetings. The clergy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church performed sacred songs, which glorified the birth of Jesus Christ, and congratulated city leaders and officials of the Executive authorities. Archpriest Nikolai Bondaruk expressed sincere congratulations to the mayor Mykola Romaniuk, his deputies, employees of the city Council and residents of the city from myself and the Manager of the Volyn Diocese of the UOC, Metropolitan Niphont. Archpriest Valentin Marchuk wished that God was protecting us all from all evil so that peace may reign in our nanke-Ukraine, helped the Ukrainian military. “May merciful God give us all health, happiness, peace and many good years of life,” he added.
