Individuals who intend to exercise the right to a tax credit only fill out the Declaration, which reflect the total amount of costs incurred and the amount of tax to be refunded. Information on disposal of the immovable (movable) property reflected in the Declaration without completing the application and list of the expropriated property. Information about the income and the list of property available for rent (sublease) without the filling of the application is displayed in the Declaration. Note that the taxpayer determines its status: a citizen; a person who carries out independent professional activity, or entrepreneur, being on the common system of taxation.
