Minimum wage and the subsistence minimum in 2016,- Lutsk LIGHTS
Lutsk LIGHTS of the Main Directorate IPS in the Volyn region informs that from 1 January 2016 by the Law of Ukraine from 25.12.15 No. 928-VIII "On State budget for 2016", the following minimum salaries: - Minimum wage in the monthly amount of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons: 1 January - 1378 UAH from may 1 - 1450 UAH from December 1 - 1550 UAH; - Minimum wage in the hourly amount: 1 January - 8,29 UAH from may 1 - 8,69 UAH from December 1 - UAH 9,29. Also, the Act set the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons: from January 1, 2016 - 1378 hryvnias, from may 1 - 1450 UAH, from December 1 - 1550 UAH. On this basis, the maximum salary on which to apply the tax social privilege, now 1 is $ 930 USD. (the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons on 1.01.16, multiplied by 1.4 and rounded to the nearest 10 UAH – subparagraph 169.4.1. item 169.4. article 169 of the Tax code of Ukraine). The tax social benefit (NSL) in 2016 is: And category (100% NSL) -689 USD. (1378 x 50%); Category II (150% of NSL) -1033 USD. 50 COP.; Category III (200% NSL) -1378 USD. Note that the subsistence minimum depends on the maximum size of the salary, which is charged ERUs. From 1 January 2016 she will be 34 450 USD (25 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons in accordance with the amended paragraph 4 of part 1 of article 1 of the Act ERUs).
