Transcarpathia: local budgets of the region for 2015 was sent on the considerable expenditure of additional financial resources
During 2015 due to two additional sources of funding (unencumbered balances at the beginning of 2015 and the proceeds received from the over-fulfillment of revenues of the General Fund) of local budgets in the region have increased spending on 789,2 million. In particular, for 2015 free balances at beginning of year distributed 289,9 million UAH. (98,3%. existing resource), of which on wages with charges aimed 28.1 million UAH., utilities and energy – 4.9 million UAH., medicines and food – 8,4 million UAH., on capital expenditure – 139,8 million UAH. and other expenses – 108,7 million hryvnias. The amount towards cost-free balances of funds of the regional budget is 133,1 mln., of which the largest share consists of capital expenditures 91.8 million UAH. (69.0%. total funds distributed) and other expenses – UAH 36.1 million. ( 27.1 per cent). Among administrative – territorial units of the region the most investments from the specified source forwarded by the Mukachevo district budgets – UAH 28.9 mln. (of which capital expenditure of 9.6 million UAH. and others – 15.4 million UAH), Vinogradivsky district – UAH 22.2 million. (capital spending – by 7.1 mln., other – 8.8 million UAH.) and Tyachiv district – 20,7 mln. (capital cost – 9,5 mln., other – 9,1 million UAH). From an overfulfillment of the revenue side of the General Fund of local budgets in the area of increased spending on 499,3 million. Of this amount, on wages with charges allocated 101,5 million UAH on payment of municipal services and energy – 19,3 mln., food and medicines – 11,2 mln., on capital expenditure – 244,3 mln. and on the other – 123,0 million. The regional budget allocated 32.7 million UAH., of which 11.8 million UAH. (36,0%) – capital expenditure and 17.9 million USD. (54,6%) – for other expenses. Local budgets among the largest volumes of the specified resource sent to the cities of Uzhgorod – 100,1 mln. (including on wages with charges, and 25.3 million USD. on food and medicine 3,6 million UAH energy and utilities – 6,3 mln., on capital expenditure – 60,5 mln. and other costs – 4.4 million USD.) and Mukacheve – UAH 106.1 million.
