He noted that since the beginning of December 2015 on the territory of the region there has been an intensive increase in the incidence of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections, but the epidemic threshold is currently not exceeded. Within 2 weeks 2016 (04.01.16 G. – G. 11.01.2016) incidence in the region was 6.4% below the epidemic threshold. In just the past week behind medical aid concerning sharp respiratory virus infections turned – 9695 people including 5260 children (54,2%). Was hospitalized 935 including 522 of the child. Since the beginning of the season epidemiological registered 7 lethal cases from flu complications, including 1 among children. Deaths registered among residents of Vinnytsia (2), Lubensky, Tomashpil, Tivriv (3, including 1 child) districts. The highest morbidity levels were registered in the territory of ladyjyn, Bershad, Kryzhopil, Peschanskaya and Buchach districts.
