Vinnytsia importer suspected of failing to pay nearly 8 million UAH. taxes
officials of private enterprise in Vinnitsa are suspected of willful tax evasion in especially large sizes when conducting foreign economic activity. The company imitated the import of vehicles from foreign companies totaling more than 26 million UAH. However, in accordance with the reply received from the competent authorities of the USA, the import company ceased to exist for 8 months prior to the conclusion of foreign trade contract for purchase and sale of cars. Investigators of the Main Directorate of DFS in Vinnitsa region began criminal proceedings that qualifies on the grounds of crime under part 3 of article 212 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – intentional tax evasion in especially large sizes. The amount of unpaid taxes in the budget is about 8 million UAH. During pre-judicial investigation is taking measures to recoup state losses.
