The Prosecutor's office of Volyn meets the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information"
For 2015 to the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region according to the requirements of the law of Ukraine «On access to public information" received 130 requests. 120 requests considered, 10 – sent for supplies to other stewards of information. Upon review of the information provided at 108 for 10 – provided by rose’explanation, and the two queries in the provision of information is denied. Considered the requests dealt with issues of pre-trial investigation (46), personnel issues (33), representation of interests of citizens and the state in court (6), the issues of organizational-administrative activity of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region (6), the maintenance of public prosecution in the court (1) and other issues (28).
