The cost of Breakfast for all schoolchildren in grades 1-4, which compensates the community of the city, approved in the amount of 3 UAH. In Chernivtsi we propose to store the second Breakfast for all pupils of primary school. This decision was made after consultation with the parent committees. When determining the cost of the Breakfast and dinners taken into account that entrepreneurs, providing meals for schoolchildren, free rent school facilities and equipment, have benefits for payment of utility services. It is also a specific subsidy, provided by the society.
