Transcarpathia: on Beregovo under the wheels of a car killed a pedestrian
Yesterday, around 18:50 hours, the duty of Beregovo OP, it was reported that between the villages of yanoshi and S. Gat Beregovo district occurred dorozhno-transport incident with victims. Having left on a scene, militiamen found out that the driver of the car "Volkswagen Golf", in a foreign room, moving in Causeway S. on Main St. in the direction of Mukachevo, without having chosen the safe speed, made arrival on the pedestrian. Behind the wheel of the car was 75-year-old resident of the village Hat'. According to the driver it became known that the victim ran out in front of the car on the road. In the accident, 44-year-old man, resident of the same village, died on the spot. An examination showed the driver of the car was sober. The car is placed on a special platform Beregovsky OP SEPL.
