New ID - passport in TSPAU of the city of Lutsk
13 January 2016 the citizens of Ukraine who are registered in the city of Lutsk and reached the age of 16, can apply for registration of the ID-passport in the Center of administrative services in Lutsk (Lesi Ukrainky str., 35). For the manufacture of ID cards you must provide the following documents: - birth certificate (original and copy); - the passports of both parents of the applicant (originals and copies); - house register at the place of registration; - the certificate of identification code (if available). After the adoption of the documents the original documents are returned. Thanks to built-in contactless electronic chip, the introduction of the ID card opens up new possibilities for the creation of electronic services and simplification of administrative services. Citizens who for religious reasons do not want the presence of contactless chip in the card will be able to abandon it. Other citizens who have the passport of the citizen of Ukraine (the book) can issue a new ID-passport, following the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of necessary changes in legislation.
