In Lutsk continue raids to verify compliance with the prohibition of sale of alcoholic beverages in the night time
In the night of 11 to 12 January 2016 working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business concerning compliance with the decision of Lutsk city Council of 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “banning the sale of beer, alcoholic, low alcohol drinks, wine canteens and tobacco” a RAID was conducted. Checked 14 objects of trade and sphere of services, revealed two facts of violation of part 2 of article 156 of the Art, which are recorded by the staff of the office of business development and advertising of the Lutsk city Council, the municipal police Department of the Lutsk city Council and law enforcement agencies. On the fact of violation of the provisions of the above legislation was composed of two administrative Protocol on sellers of food stores: “Products” (street Gulak Artemovsky, 13A) and “Nivki” (Avenue of Revival, 13A). These protocols will be referred to the administrative Commission.
