Detained smugglers who imported 2 kg of amphetamine
the Department of supervision of observance of laws by bodies of SBU, state customs service and state border guard service of Ukraine, the implementation of the procedural management and maintenance of public prosecution of the regional Prosecutor's office performs procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of smuggling and sale of psychotropic substances in large amounts. In the future, two criminals arrested, they were handed notice of suspicion on the facts of Commission of smuggling and sale of psychotropic substances in large scale (criminal offences provided for by part 3 article 305 and part 3 St. 307 Criminal code of Ukraine). Smugglers can be punished with imprisonment for a term of 10 to 12 years with confiscation of property.
