Official information portal of gschs of Ukraine entered the TOP 10 websites in the rating of openness of websites of Central Executive bodies

the regional press development Institute has published the rating of openness of websites of Central authorities of Executive power according to the results of monitoring carried out in 2015. A total of 77 investigated the websites of the authorities. The monitoring was first attracted by the websites of all Central bodies of state Executive power of Ukraine (70) and the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the sites of the presidential Administration of Ukraine, the Central election Commission, National security Council and defense of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General, the High qualifications Commission of judges, National Council on television and radio. Accordingly, for these websites the options were adjusted in accordance with their status. According to the official information portal of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations included in the TOP 10 websites and took the 9th place. TOP 10 websites rating: 1) the State border guard service of Ukraine - 78,4% (for the fourth year in a row) 2) the national Commission, carrying out state regulation in the sphere of communications’communication and information - 78,0% 3) the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine – 75,9 % 4) the State statistics service of Ukraine – 74,42% 5) the national Commission, carrying out state regulation in the sphere of energy and communal services – 72,14% 6) the State service for financial monitoring of Ukraine - is at 71.36% 7) Government portal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - 71.02% 8) the Ministry of economic development and trade - 69.89% 9) the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations - 68.96% 10) Ministry of health - at 68.72%. Monitoring the web sites of the authorities is held for the p’for the fifth consecutive year and involves the evaluation of the 210 parameters on completeness, relevance, navigation and accessibility of information.
