Vinnicchina: law enforcement authorities are taking measures to block the channels of illegal migration
the Prosecutor's office of area sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on signs of the crime under part 3 of article 332 of the criminal code, on charges of three citizens who organized illegal smuggling of persons across the state border of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation established that the Palestinians, having no permanent source of income, living in Vinnitsa than ten years, using the trust and established friendly relations with compatriots, organized the channel of illegal smuggling of illegal migrants across the state border of Ukraine, involving the specified unlawful activities for money between two residents of Vinnytsia citizens of Ukraine and Georgia. During the investigation, revealed the whole mechanism of criminal activity of the specified triples. In particular, the Palestinian, the amount received from illegals personally or their relatives of cash, organized a secret harbouring of migrants in rented in the city apartments and provided them with food. Further, the accomplices contributed in sourcing ways and means of delivery of illegal migrants in the area of state border of Ukraine, accompanied by their transportation on the territory of Transcarpathian region with the use of the conspiracy. Provided advice, guidance how not to get caught by militiamen on the eye. Looking for other accomplices to the crime (conductors), which are directly transported illegal immigrants out of border checkpoints in the European Union. According to the results of effective procedural guidance pre-trial investigation, the active conduct of the SBU investigative (search) activities and organize proper interaction between law enforcement agencies in the border area between Ukraine and the Republic of Slovacko, in the attempt of illegal crossing the state border of Ukraine, a group of citizens of the Syrian Arab Republic and the Kingdom of Jordan was detained by the staff of chop border detachment. Two persons elected the measure of restraint in form of detention and one ’ s house arrest.
