January 15, in the Center of retraining and improvement of professional skill of workers of bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, state enterprises, institutions and organizations of Vinnytsia region began its work training workshop on writing grant projects. Before the event, initiated by the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Corum, joined more than 100 representatives of Executive authorities and local governments of Vinnitsa region, public organizations and social institutions of the region. For the theoretical lessons, which gave rise to the meeting will be to follow the training events with specific and practical direction. Therefore, upon completion of the training, the participants will gain basic skills to create their own projects and programs of development of territories. Opening remarks to the participants addressed the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow, noting the importance of started training. According to the head of the region, in 2003-2004, when in Vinnitsa for the first time included the social investment Fund, the region was faced with issues related to the need of project preparation, selection of communities in their implementation and awareness on a basic level the need for active position of actual territorial community. And so it was very important to find the tools to step up to such people. "Last year, we at the region level, unblocked the financing of programmes through the regional development Fund. Vinnytsia region got UAH 148 million. This Fund is fundamentally different from previously allocated funds. Was the selection of projects and programmes, submitted a number of documents. There was a contest on the area level, then at the state level, - said Valery Cow. And we see, for example, in the city of Vinnytsia tram tracks near the "Harvest", the reconstruction of Avenue of Cosmonauts, a kindergarten on the street Porika, a number of objects and in the countryside - in General, it 44 projects financed through the regional development Fund". RSA Chairman also noted: it is anticipated that the Fund will only partly filled from the state budget, the main part of it will be grant funds that will be supplied to Ukraine. At the same time, Valery Cow stressed that the implementation of programs through the regional development Fund established clear requirements: writing of project prioritization and the ability to present one's own work. And all this, said the head of the field, possible only with the initiative people who can protect and implement the developed project. According to the head of Vinnytsia, the region is now very actively working to attract international donor organizations and implementing a number of joint projects in the framework of DESPRO programs, PROMIS, UNDP/EC. "This year we again highlight 6 million hryvnias from the regional budget for the Program of development of territorial communities. Separately provide resources for the program "Clean water". On a grant basis and allocated funds to support civil society institutions, public organizations", - said Valery Cow. Then, he noticed that the Vinnitsa region only begins active movement in the direction of preparation and implementation of projects aimed at the development of communities and the region as a whole.
