In the Transcarpathian region Prosecutor's office returned and warned illegal provision of 702 ha of land
the procuratorial Organs actively defended the interests of citizens and the state in the courts during 2015. All bodies of Prosecutor's office of area before’revealed claims in the total amount of 318 million USD. including, the subject of dispute is property and land area of 510 hectares, with a total cost of 289 million UAH. The courts approved 459, before’revealed by prosecutors claims for a total of almost 55 million UAH. The total area of returned land and the illegal provision which identified amounted to 702 hectares. With court decisions on the merits of the case, prosecutors participation in the consideration of 795 cases, including 281 the case on the claims of others, which prevented illegal collecting from the state or collected in its favour of almost 5 million UAH. Initiated review of more than 100 court decisions in cases and prosecutors and on the claims of others. By results of consideration of such appeals abolished the illegal court decisions in 59 cases, resulting in Sapporo recovered or collected to the state budget more than UAH 7 mln. In the exercise of Executive activity 103 prosecutors initiated criminal proceedings.
