Stepan Barna: "Every child must feel that he is loved"

According to ancient Ukrainian tradition, the head of the region sowed teachers and pupils of the school, wished good for the whole year. Then Stepan Barna presented gifts to the kiddies. "Every child needs to feel that love him, are interested in its Affairs, - said the Chairman of regional state administration. – Special attention is needed for children deprived of parental care, attention, love. Therefore, each of us must take care of these kids, to help her feel the real joy of holidays and family warm." For reference: as of 29 December 2015, on the accounting services for children are 1098 orphans and children deprived of parental care who live in the region, 1004 – covered by family forms of upbringing. Since the beginning of 2015 Ukrainian citizens adopted 23 children and foreigners – 2 children.
