In view of this, in 2016 the size of some types of state aid will be: - assistance in connection with pregnancy and childbirth from January 1 - 344,5 UAH, from 1 may - 362,5 USD, from December 1 - UAH 387,5; - assistance at the birth of a child is paid in the amount 41280 UAH (one-time - 10320 monthly and UAH - 860 UAH within 36 months); - assistance until the child reaches three years of age is 130 UAH.; assistance for single mothers is available in the size that is equal to the difference between 100% of the subsistence minimum for a child of relevant age and average monthly total income of the family per one person for the previous six months (the maximum size): - children under the age of 6 years from 1 January - 1167 UAH, from 1 may 1228 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1313; - for children aged 6 to 18 years from 1 January - 1455 UAH, from 1 may 1531 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1637; - children aged 18 to 23 years old (subject of study) from January 1 - UAH 1378, from may 1 - 1450 UAH, from December 1 - 1550 UAH; - help for children over which guardianship or guardianship (maximum size): - children under the age of 6 years from 1 January — UAH 2334, may 1 - 2456 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 2626; - for children aged 6 to 18 years from 1 January - UAH 2910, 1 may - 3062 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 3274; - temporary state assistance to children whose parents evade alimony payment is equal to the difference between the 50% of the subsistence minimum for a child of relevant age and average monthly total income of the family per one person for the previous six months (the maximum size): - children under the age of 6 years from 1 January - UAH 583,6, from may 1 - 614 UAH, from December 1 — UAH 656,5; - for children aged 6 to 18 years from 1 January - 727,5 UAH, from 1 may - 765,5 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 818,5; - assistance to children - orphans and children deprived of parental care (maximum size): - children under the age of 6 years from 1 January - UAH 2334, may 1 - 2456 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 2626; - for children aged 6 to 18 years from 1 January - UAH 2910, 1 may - 3062 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 3274; - children aged 18 to 23 years from 1 January - UAH 2756, may 1 - 2900 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 3100; - monthly cash assistance to a person living with a disability of group I or II due to mental disorder (a minimum wage from January 1 - UAH 1378, from may 1 - 1450 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1550). Article 9 of the aforementioned law established that in 2016 the subsistence minimum (guaranteed minimum) for assigning assistance in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to needy families" in relation to the subsistence minimum for basic social and demographic groups of population is: - for able-bodied persons - 21%; - for children - 85 percent; - for those unable to work and disabled - 100% of the corresponding subsistence minimum. The size of state social assistance to low-income families in 2016 may not be more than 75 percent of the subsistence minimum for the family. In view of this, the levels of basic subsistence for the appointment of state social assistance to low-income families in 2016 will be: - for able-bodied persons from January 1 — UAH 289,38, from may 1 - 304,5 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 325,5; - for persons who lost working capacity and people with disabilities from January 1 - 1074 UAH, from 1 may 1130 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1208; - for children under the age of 6 years from 1 January - UAH 991,95, from may 1 - 1043,8 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1116,05; - for children aged 6 to 18 years from 1 January - UAH 1236,75, from may 1 - 1301,35 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1391,45; - for children aged 18 to 23 years old (subject of study) 1 January — 1171,3 UAH, from 1 may - 1232,5 UAH, from December 1 - UAH 1317,5. Set the surcharge to the amount of the allowance for each child up to 13 years in the amount of 250 UAH for each child aged 13 to 18 years - 500 UAH. The law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to disabled since childhood and children with disabilities" establishes the right to material security at the expense of the State budget of Ukraine and social protection of disabled from childhood and disabled children through the establishment of state social assistance in percentage of the subsistence minimum.
