Chernivtsi: assistance to the families of ATO and settlers from the charity Fund of the Ministry of social policy
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from October 1, 2014 # 535 approved the Procedure for reimbursement of funds received from individuals and legal entities to provide one-time cash assistance to victims and persons who moved from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or area of the antiterrorist operation, located in difficult circumstances, due to social position, due to which a person is partially or fully no (not received or have lost) the ability to independently take care of personal (family) life and to participate in public life. According to the recommendations of the Interdepartmental Commission on distribution of charitable funds the Ministry of social policy of monetary assistance primarily is provided to families of those killed in the ATU soldiers and other individuals, the families of ATO participants who were injured and require prolonged treatment, the families of internally displaced persons, in particular : ? Orphans, whose parents died during the ATO and children whose parents are prisoners or missing; ? Families that have disabled children or persons disabled from childhood; ? The families whose members require urgent expensive treatment; ? The families, whose members are invalids i, II groups; ? The families of pregnant women, or one parent is caring for a child under the age of three (from among the families of the ATA); ? Families with many children; For assistance of the injured or internally peremen the person should contact the body of social protection of the population at the place of residence or actual place of residence a statement in which to specify the reasons of the need to provide cash assistance and the Bank account opened in a banking institution for funds transfers. The statement: ? A copy of the document proving the identity; ? Copy of certificate on assignment of registration number of registration card of the taxpayer; ? Copies of the documents proving the family relations (marriage certificate, death certificate of children, etc.); ? Copy of certificate of registration of a person who moved from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or area of the ATO (for the specified category of persons); ? Medical certificate about state of health, or the conclusion of medical-social examination of the determination of disability (if necessary). After carrying out check of correctness of registration of documents in the case, when the person had not previously received cash assistance, the body of social protection of the population sends the application and attached documents for the consideration of the local Commission, which shall decide on the expediency of granting financial assistance, its amount or the refusal to provide such information. Local committees are established in district, district in Kyiv state administrations, Executive committees of cities of regional subordination. Compiled by the local Commission in the registry of beneficiaries is submitted monthly to the structural subdivisions on the questions of social protection of population of regional state administrations, which shape our view of the allocation of funds to provide cash assistance to the Ministry of social policy. The Ministry of social policy on the basis of the representations suggests the size of monetary aid by category of recipients and allocation of funds between regions and m. Kiev, within available Fund balance and submit them for consideration by the Interdepartmental Commission on distribution of charitable funds. The Commission reviews and approves the cash assistance and the distribution of funds between regions and m. Kiev. Given the difficult situation faced by citizens of the specified categories, the lack of sufficient financial resources for their livelihoods, with the aim of providing them with material support, we need help from everyone who are not indifferent to the misfortunes of others.
