It often happens that unemployed, having a good "product" (a high qualification, professional abilities and skills of quality work) can't sell for the simple reason – lack of demand for it, i.e. has a profession or specialty in the labor market of a city or region is not relevant. So, 13 January 2016, experts Kuznetsovsk city employment center held a workshop for unemployed registered in the employment center in search of work on the theme "Master the new profession." The aim of the event is to inform the clients of the employment center, about current vacancies and the possibility of obtaining a new working profession with the assistance of the state employment service. Head of Department for active support of unemployed Yaroshchuk, Ruslan has acquainted job seekers with a list of occupations that can be obtained with the help of the employment service, the opportunity to study in Rivne center of vocational education of state employment service under specific order of the employer. “For example, among the unemployed registered in the employment center, there are accountants, computer operators set, economists, teachers, bankers, at a time when employers need drivers, waiters, cooks, bartenders, sellers, manicurists, hairdressers... What is the way out of this situation? To get the right job in the shortest possible time, and this is possible only with the help of the employment service,” said G. Yaroschuk. According to the results of the event two unemployed women expressed a desire to learn the profession hairdresser (hairdresser-designer) and were referred to specialists for guidance for passing profdiagnostik testing.
