Police of Rivne region, overseeing the safety of the road, detained the car, the license plate belonging to another vehicle. January 15 around 9 hours during the supervision of road traffic safety in the city of Rivne on the Queen street police stopped the car "Opel Vectra". Behind the wheel of a foreign car was 23-year-old resident of Rivne.
