In the Transcarpathian region rescuers joined the search for the missing resident of the village of Vyshkovo
18 January at 01:30 in quickly-a rescue service of Transcarpathia called excited woman asking for help. Her cousin, 28-year-old resident of the village of Vyshkovo, about midnight came out of the house, where he was visiting, and got lost. The husband called home and said that he did not know where he was, and freezes. Night temperature reached 8 degrees below zero. In search of the missing sent to office of the state fire and rescue post the village of Vyshkovo. In addition, were involved law enforcement officers and local population. It was the villagers at 03:15 a man found on the outskirts of the village vishkovo near the river Tisza. It turned out that in searching the house he went into the water and using it very cold. The victim was taken to Khust district hospital where he was diagnosed with frostbite of both feet of the 1st degree.
