The entrepreneur, in violation of the requirements of the Land code of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine "On lease of land", after the end of the 5 year period of the lease contract of the land plot of agricultural purpose a total area of 0.5 hectares, located on the territory Karasinska village Council, continued to use the land, than caused to the local budget losses in the amount of more than 12 thousand UAH.
