To prevent the occurrence of accidents on the ice, the staff of the Chernivtsi city Department of the State service of Ukraine of emergencies in Chernivtsi region carry out preventive measures – visit places of mass stay of people on the ice, with fishermen conduct explanatory conversations, handed leaflets with asterionella content. So, a RAID was conducted on the lakes of Chernivtsi, which often gathers people to go fishing. Winter anglers reminded of a few rules during your stay on the ice: 1.It is strictly forbidden to check durability of ice foot blows. 2.At transition on ice it is necessary to go after each other at a distance of 5-6 meters and be ready to provide the necessary assistance to a person who is found. 3.
