During 2015 for consideration in main Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region and its territorial authorities sent 85 requests from taxpayers and citizens of Vinnitsa in the anti-corruption service of the SFS of Ukraine "Pulse", and 4 of them were reported anonymously. According to the chief of the Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region Miroslav Sold the most topical issues that were raised in the complaints, there were questions regarding the work of the bodies of state fiscal service. It is 37 cases or 43,5% of the total number. The second important issue was the issue of electronic VAT administration. There were 25 or 29.4 per cent. 10 population of 11.8 per cent appealed to "Pulse" concerning the reporting and registration of tax invoices. About check of business entities were received 4 requests for information or 4.7%. The rest of Vinnytsia references to "the Pulse" concerned taxpayers care Centers (3), registration as a VAT payer (2), dismissal from bodies of SFS (1), relative to corrupt practices (3). All raised in the appeals issues are addressed in a timely manner. As taxpayers and citizens received satisfactory answers to them.
