In 2015, bodies of Prosecutor's office of Transcarpathian region on the protection of state interests in the sphere of land relations to the courts before’revealed claims in the amount of almost 290 million USD, of which already executed the decisions of the court for the sum more than 31 million UAH Respondents under this category voluntarily refunded over UAH 1 million. Now in production vessels is an additional 73 claims of the Prosecutor's office on land issues in the amount of 165 million UAH. For prosecutorial intervention in state and municipal property actually returned 236 hectares of land. The prosecutors of Transcarpathian region will continue to take measures of representative character to protect the interests of the state in the land sector.
