Deputy of a village Council of Nemirov region Prosecutor reported about suspicion in Commission of crime provided by part 2 of article 197-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine, namely - in the unauthorized occupation of land, especially valuable land. In the course of the investigation’found that at the direction of the suspect was developed for agricultural purposes land area 11,4816 hectares located on the lands of historical cultural significance, in connection’connection with the interests of the state suffered damage for the sum more than 58 thousand UAH.
