The Director of the Office of reform told the foreign guests as it is the processes of unification of territorial communities in Zhytomyr region, what mechanisms and incentives are, how wealthy territorial communities has already been created, who by their actions actively promote the reform of the rod, and who, on the contrary, resists how people understood the essence and benefits of reform, as is informing. Roman Slazinski also spoke about the future plans and objectives of the Office of reforms towards the implementation of reforms, the merger of territorial communities, the first steps of the administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine, constitutional process, which aims to further the successful promotion of major reforms, the readiness of the legislative base in this direction, and more. He also expressed gratitude for the support that USAID and the overall U.S. give Ukraine in securing important reforms on the decentralization of power. "The changes in Ukraine started. They have already stirred up the community. And back into the past, will not return. Though still not enough local communities have combined their efforts, financial, natural and human resources, but it created a precedent in society and healthy competition, formation of a new team of leaders, active and not indifferent to the life of the community. The reform has a future.
