The head of Department of education Oleg Grebenyuk said that it is proposed to establish February 1, 2016 cash allowance for meals per child per day in pre-school educational institutions. Parents and persons who substitute them, bring a payment for food of children in preschool educational institution in the amount of 60 % of the cost of food for the day. In addition, 01.02.2016 will be reduced by the payment for food of children in preschool educational institution in the amount of 50% for parents in families with three or more children. The members of the Executive Committee also took the decision to increase the expenditure of the city budget for 306 thousand UAH. for the purchase of dairy products for pre-school educational institutions of the city. A similar decision was supported by the permanent Commission city Council planning socio-economic development, budget and Finance. The head of the Department of Finance and budget Love Lily explained, respectively, will need to reduce current expenditure on hydro-chemical cleaning of the heating system for the money. Even the Executive Committee adopted a decision on the organization and norms of expenditure for meals of students of secondary schools of the city for the second semester of the 2015-2016 academic year. Offered to the II semester of 2015 - 2016 school year free meals pupils and approve cash allowance on its organization for the following categories of children: orphans and children deprived of parental care; children whose parents have been killed in the line of duty; children, parents (family members, stepfather) where called up for military service by mobilization for implementation of decrees of the President Ukraine "About partial mobilization" (on the basis of certificates issued by the corresponding military commissariats, as well as documents certifying the degree of relationship), for the period up to the time of their demobilization; children of military men of Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, employees of law enforcement bodies, during their trips to participate in counter-terrorism operations, in ensuring the rule of law and the protection of the state border on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions (on the basis of certificates, orders, etc issued by the relevant authorities); children whose parents were killed during anti-terrorist operations; children, parents (family members, stepfather) who passed military service in the zone of the antiterrorist operation and received the status of a disabled veteran i-II group (on the basis of a copy of the relevant certificate); children from low-income families - 10,40 USD per day per child; pupils of communal institution "Lutsk training and rehabilitation centre of Lutsk city Council" - 11,50 USD per day per child; pupils of communal institution "Lutsk educational complex "General Educational school-boarding school of I-A stages – Lyceum pravoslavi enhanced physical education of Lutsk city Council" - 36,00 USD per day per child. Cash allowance for meals students in grades 1-4 in secondary schools (lunch): from 15 to 31 January 2016 at the expense of the city budget – UAH 7,00 per day per child.
