Ternopil region: the staff of portocaval part in the exercises connected with the rescue of victims of gas explosion
January 20 specialists of the rescue Service took part in the exercise called “rescuing and providing medical and psychological assistance to victims due to gas explosion in school", held at the educational-scientific Institute of nursing of Ternopil state medical University. Horbachevsky. According to the Deputy head IN DSNS of Ukraine in Ternopil oblast Yuri Berestechko, the main purpose of this event was quality cooperation of all services of civil protection in emergency situations, floor’connected with the explosion of natural gas at about’object with mass stay of people. On the tactical plan, in the dining room of the institution there was an explosion, which injured a large number of students. At the same time, occurred the destruction of the building. To the scene immediately were sent to all civil protection services, which further acted in accordance with the plan. Representatives of service of rescue first scouted the scene, evacuated the victims, provided them with pre-medical aid and transferred to workers of an emergency of disaster medicine.
