"In Vinnytsia oblast all establishments operate only in Tomashpil, Illinetskyi and Lipovecka areas and in the city of Mogilev-Podolsky. However, the situation may change", - said Elena Black. Only the area currently under quarantine is 887 educational institutions: closed 633 254 schools and kindergartens.
