21 January was held an information RAID at teaching people safety rules on the ice in Starovyzhivske the district, Volyn region. To implement awareness-raising activities and rescuers of gschs together with employees of local conservation and environmental inspections, having studied the situation on the territory of the river Vyzhevka in the district, and bodies of water located near the village. The fishermen who were at ice-covered waters, the participants of the RAID was recalled key rules of safe behavior on the ice and distributed thematic leaflets and flyers. During the briefing they urged citizens to always be vigilant: to move on the ice to make sure its strength, not to gather in one place, not to punch a lot of holes. Advised always to have ready the means of salvation and reminded how to get out of the icy trap, and how to save a man who fell through the ice. The participants of the RAID of the Commission and told about the main activities for the prevention of hypothermia and frostbite and stressed that will continue to carry out similar preventative measures.
