on January 21 rescuers Rozhysche district Department UDSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region held a rally at the places of winter fishing on the waters of Rozhysche district. To prevent such tragic occurrences on the ice, the staff of service of Rescue the fishermen explained safety rules on the ice, reminded how to act if I was in the icy water, and spoke in detail about the first aid to the injured. Specialists of the SSES recommended that the nationals before going on the ice to take that rope, stick and the like. During the interviews we spoke about measures to prevent frostbite.
