Prior to that, on the basis of educational institution operated only as a group for the older preschoolers with a short stay. It was visited a little more than ten children. On the initiative of public activists Valentyna Pylypchuk supported by the village community, the leadership Blasco village Council, Directorate of educational institutions, the Department of education, youth and sports of Iziaslav district administration and the district authorities agreed to establish on the basis of the existing educational complex "General Educational school I-I stages, a children's garden" full preschool in a converted part of the school premises. As a result of a joint project on creation of conditions for education of preschool children were renovated premises, which houses a games room and a sleeping room for 25 preschoolers, toilets, Laundry and so on.
