Ruzhychanka was held fire-tactical exercises on the theme: “the Organization of fire fighting and rescue people in various ways for about’object with mass stay of people". Tactical plan the fire arose in one of the rooms on the 5th floor. At the time of the fire in the building there were people. Escape routes in buildings are very smoky. There was a real threat to the lives of people who are on the upper floors and can't leave the room. Rescuers who arrived at the scene, simultaneously with fire extinguishing worked several ways to rescue people from the upper floors. In particular the "saved" three hostages fire from the roof of the canopy using a retractable ladder, and the 5th «victims" were evacuated using ladders AD-30. The link of gas and smoke that conducted the exploration of indoor smoke, found a very sick patient. So it had to be rescued using a rescue stretcher.
