According to Brian Mefford, the us government introduces a new program dedicated to decentralization. This is not only moral but also financial support. In General, during the meeting Brian Mefford noted that Terebovlia district is a district that is already startling in its result, here the initiative of the community, however the district needs support. "In the process of decentralization a key role to play partnerships between government and communities who make decisions. A successful society needs to teach less self-sufficient. It is important to show a success story. And we will support, to help, to work for you," said Mr. Mefford. Separately, the participants of the meeting discussed the problematic issues that now confront the United communities, in particular regarding the distribution of assets, creation of appropriate services at the district level, the maintenance and so on. The meeting also heard a number of ideas on decentralization, the representatives of the international organizations try to implement in Ukraine. Note that their recommendations will be the basis for the American program, which will come into force in late 2016. Terebovlia district has all chances to become a pilot in the direction of decentralization. At the end of the meeting the Chairman of the RGA Yury Nishta thanked the experts of IREX for their support and desire to help. "At United communities is the future.
