The Rivne oblast Prosecutor's office takes active part in international cooperation
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region provided with the proper organization of work in the field of international cooperation and legal assistance in criminal proceedings. To do this efficiently conducted event and made a commitment of Ukraine to international institutions in matters of extradition, legal assistance, investigation of criminal proceedings submitted to criminal prosecution to the law enforcement authorities of the Rivne region. In particular, the Prosecutor's office area organized in 2015 implementation 44 requests for international cooperation. 34 of them were from competent authorities of foreign States, 10 from pre – trial investigation agencies of Ukraine. Also from competent authorities of foreign States received 2 criminal proceedings for further prosecution of criminals. In the foreign competent authorities through the General Prosecutor's office of Ukraine the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region sent 5 requests of law enforcement agencies on international legal assistance and proceedings. In order of extradition passed to Ukraine of its nationals for criminal prosecution. In the field of international legal cooperation is the international wanted list 10 people who are involved in criminal offences in the region.
