In Vinnytsia region during receiving improper benefits exposed the official of the migration service
(21.01.2016) in office exposed the head of one of regional branches of the office of the state migration service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region, who received illegal benefits for acceleration of the registration and issuance of passport of citizen of Ukraine one of the residents of Vinnytsia region. The official was detained by employees of the General Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region and USBU in Vinnitsa region. Procedural guidance in these criminal proceedings is performed by Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region. The priority now carried out urgent investigative actions. Criminal proceedings initiated under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official which holds responsible position), which entails responsibility in the form of deprivation of liberty for a period from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property and with special confiscation.
