The inhabitant of Vinnytsia region faces up to 15 years in prison for murder
the Prosecutor's office of area performed procedural management in criminal proceedings on signs of the crime provided by part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine. It is established that at the end of last year in Zhmerinka, a woman found dead with signs of violent death. Thanks to properly organized procedural guidance and timely undertaken search actions the crime solved. The attacker was previously convicted local resident. That person is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime, provided by part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Vinnitsa city court to it elected a measure of restraint in the form detention. The investigation is continuing. Note that the sanction of part 1 of article 115 UK of Ukraine provides imprisonment for the term from seven up to p’atacati years.
