In Vinnytsia region changed the time of Declaration of income tax
Payers of the profit tax received the new deadline for submission of the Declaration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine from December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016", which came into force on 1 January 2016. According to the new wording of paragraph 137.4 of article 137 of TCU the tax (reporting) period for tax on profit of enterprises, are calendar: a quarter, half, three quarters, year. Tax is calculated as progressive total. This quarterly Declaration is being introduced not for everyone. Annual reporting period is set for the newly created shawls for the period in the tax year; agricultural producers and tax payers whose annual income from any activity (excluding indirect taxes) specified on the statement of financial performance (statement of comprehensive income) for the previous annual reporting (tax) period does not exceed UAH 20 million. Also with the new year excluded provisions for the submission of the Declaration for the reporting year until 1 June of the following year. Thus, the results of operations for the year 2015 tax return must be filed within 40 calendar days coming behind the last day of the reporting tax quarter for taxpayers who report quarterly. For those businesses that have an annual reporting period – the period of the Declaration within 60 calendar days coming behind the last calendar day of the reporting year. That is, the deadlines of reporting on 9 and 29 February respectively. Recall that the presentation of tax reporting on income tax on the results for 2015 is the new form of the Declaration, approved by order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine from 20.10.2015 No. 897.
