In Lutsk determined indexation rate of normative monetary valuation of lands for the year 2015
According to the State statistics service of Ukraine, the consumer price index for 2015 amounted to 143,3 percent. Given this, the coefficient of indexation of the normative monetary valuation of land, which is indexed by a standard monetary assessment of lands of settlements and lands of nonagricultural appointment, calculated in accordance with paragraph 289.2 of article 289 of the Tax code, as of 1 January 2016 is 1,433. The coefficient of indexation of normative monetary land evaluation is applied cumulatively depending on the date of the normative monetary valuation of land. The coefficients of indexation of the normative monetary valuation of land are: 1996 - 1,703, 1997 - 1,059, 1998 - 1,006, 1999 - 1,127, 2000 - 1,182, 2001 - 1,02, 2005 - 1,035, 2007 - 1,028, 2008 -1,152, 2009 1,059 2010 - 1,0, 2011 - 1,0, 2012 - 1,0, 2013 - 1,0, 2014 – 1,249, and for 2015 - 1,433. Normative monetary assessment of lands for 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006 were not indexed. However, according to paragraph 6 of subsection 6 of Transitional provisions of the Tax code of Ukraine (in the wording of Law of Ukraine from 24.12.2015 No. 909 - VIII" On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016") found that the consumer price index for 2015, which is used to determine the indexation rate of normative monetary valuation of agricultural land (arable land, perennial plantations,hayfields, pastures, and deposits) applies with a value of 120 percent. Given the above, the value of the coefficient of indexation of the normative monetary value of agricultural land (arable land, perennial plantations, hayfields, pastures and reservoirs) for 2015 is 1.2. Individuals-land owners, land users and tenants with modified coefficients of indexation and rates of land tax, rents and monetary value of land submit, not later than 20 February of this year, tax returns the amounts of land tax and rent for land of state and communal ownership for 2016 with modified coefficients indexing updated on 1 January 2016, the monetary valuation of land.
