Through effective representative of the prosecutors of Rivne region recovered in favor of the state more than 1.2 billion UAH
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne actively and efficiently applied in 2015, the authority to represent the interests of the state and citizens in court. This has contributed to multi-million dollar revenues, to refund to the state and society of property and land. So, on the claims of prosecutors, as well as by the appeal of illegal court decisions and intervention, the state reimbursed UAH 1.2 bn. At the same time really made judicial decisions in the amount of UAH 41.3 million. Priority in representation activities is the protection of the state and municipal property and land relations. In particular, in the sphere of state and municipal property prosecutors presented claims for a total of nearly 56 million UAH, of them the courts approved and levied in 41 million USD. We present a vivid example, when the active position of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region the state returned a controlling stake in JSC "Rivne radio technical plant" in the amount of 25.5 million USD and recovered to the State budget of Ukraine UAH 6.2 million of penalties. For the purpose of protecting the interests of citizens and the state in the sphere of land relations prosecutors filed lawsuits worth over 14 million USD, of which have been satisfied for the sum of 11 million USD. During the intervention Rivne prosecutors returned and prevented illegal allocation of 82 hectares of land. For example, the economic court of Rivne region declared well-founded arguments of the prosecution of Rivne oblast and has satisfied its claim requirements about return to state ownership a land plot of water Fund with a total area of 23 hectares at a cost of about 600 thousand UAH. In court prosecutors recovered more than 440 rights of citizens. Prosecutors actually defended housing, property, social rights of 435 children. They recovered to 320 thousand UAH scholarships, lump-sum cash benefits and other social benefits. In total bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have participated in the consideration of more than 800 civil, commercial and administrative Affairs with the pronouncement of the final court decisions, including appeals made in cases of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytsky regions.
